ALLO Lincoln Residential Customer Service Representative
Overview
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the origination of new customers and the ongoing support existing customers. These interactions happen both over the phone and via walk-in traffic to the store.
The available shift is: Mon-Fri 10am-7pm.
ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming orders for new installation, including provisioning equipment, scheduling with the customer and completing the billing for services rendered.Complete change of service requests (open service orders and make changes to accounts).Receive calls from current customers reporting trouble issues. Open trouble tickets & resolve service issuesReceive calls and face-to-face inquiries from potential or existing customers and respond to any questions or concerns.On-Call pager rotations once trained to a competent level.Provide an excellent customer experience!Qualifications
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1
Year(s) of previous customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
