Grain Superintendent - Agribusiness (2 needed)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for operational leadership for the facility, which includes providing technical and managerial expertise necessary for the efficient and profitable operation of the elevator and/or terminal.
This person must work and communicate effectively with the Location Manager to assure the facility is in a constant state of preparedness to meet schedules and take advantage of opportunities that arise, including production planning, logistics planning, space allocation, mix and blend, grain conditioning, inventory control, maintenance, and talent development.
This is a hands-on job and 80% of the job involves outdoor work.
Education:
BS degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, Safety, or similar
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a grain elevator or grain terminal. Must include some Safety Program experience.

Up to $90,000
Commission/Bonus:
Bonus program being developed.
