Examples of Work:
Support Roadway Design in producing preliminary and final plans. Under limited supervision, perform the most complex Computer Aided Design (CAD) drafting and perform other related work as required. Prepare graphic displays for public hearings and information meetings. Develop new procedures to solve CAD problems; document the procedures for use as a guideline by division personnel. On projects requiring team effort, coordinate and guide the work of Highway Design Technicians in accordance with established requirements, to assist supervisory staff in the timely accomplishment of the assigned workload. Assist in training Highway Design Technicians, as directed, in specific tasks and job practices.
Qualifications / Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in civil drafting, and/or design.
PREFERRED: Graduation from a recognized two-year technical/engineering school. Proficient in applying CAD technology to roadway plans and Standard or Special Plans. Experience in interpreting and utilizing survey notes. Experience using Micro station or Auto Cad.
OTHER: Regular and reliable attendance. If unable to fill at the Highway Design Technician III level, we will consider applicants at the Highway Design Technician II level at $14.59/hour.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A good knowledge of highway design methods and ability to perform work with minimum amount of supervision.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
