Examples of Work:
Works with the analysis, creation, implementation and documentation of infrastructure security, the development and writing of security policy and procedures, system security configurations and system recovery documents. Active Directory, Server based application and Server hardware related duties: Perform Windows and Active Directory administration duties. Follow established best practices in the installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008/2012 technology. Monitor servers for performance and security issues. Proactively troubleshoot issues and bring them to resolution. Monitor various server logs. Research, test, document and implement server baseline and security configurations. Customer service related duties: Provide technical support to agency system users. Respond promptly to requests from users via Help Desk tickets, phone, e-mail, or in person. Analyze reported issues. Follow standard Service Desk procedures for resolving technical issues, redirect to appropriate resources when needed. Track progress of requests using Service Desk application. Communicate with team members. Utilize hardware and software tools in support of agency staff and other devices remotely.
Hours: 8-5, Monday - Friday.
Qualifications / Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in computer science and three years of related technical and business experience. Two years of related technical and business experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis OR Post high school coursework in computer science and four years of related technical and business experience.
PREFERRED: A
and/or Microsoft certifications. Five years Help Desk experience within a large agency or business. Five years workstation experience with hardware and software installation, maintenance, and support of current Windows operating systems. Two years experience configuring and troubleshooting server hardware and software. Intermediate level knowledge of network technologies and architecture.

Strong cyber security standards knowledge; writing skills to create technical documents; customer service skills; communication skills; strong understanding of Microsoft technologies; analytical skills; organizational skills; high energy focus with good business judgment; ability to think strategically or in terms of post-implementation support; ability to work well with a team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
