We are now interviewing for a Temp-to-Hire Production Associate for Baxter Pharmaceuticals in Round Lake, Illinois 60073!
This is an opportunity that will allow you to make a name for yourself within the organization!
The 2-4 weeks is a paid-classroom style of training. After training is completed, then the pay is scheduled to go up based on good attendance and accuracy.
All shifts are Monday-Friday, however overtime is common and frequent at this facility.
1st 7:30am - 4:00pm $10.60
2nd 4:00pm - 12:30am $10.85
3rd 11:00pm - 7:30am $11.00
Job Description Overview:
This position is responsible for product inspection, packaging, labeling, in-process inspections & quality checks.
Additional responsibilities include operating laundry equipment and regular, ongoing departmental cleaning.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
-Must not have an allergy to Penicillin or Cephalosporin drugs
-Minimum of six months Production, Quality Control or Machine/Production Operator experience.
-Ability to work all overtime as needed.
-High School Diploma or completed GED.
-Must be 18 years of age or older.
-Basic Math & Reading skills.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Must be able to perform repetitive movement of hands/arms.
