Basic Function: Support the work in the account contact units. Lead a team of 6-15 callers and serve as a go-to person regarding the contact unit and for all processes relating to unit operation and efficiency. Contact or respond to Agent and marketing organization inquiries and questions regarding appointments. A normal schedule will include some afternoon / evening hours as well as possible hours on Saturdays.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent plus three years relevant experience required. College degree preferred. One to two years supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Must have or be able to attain knowledge regarding how the insurance industry operates.Analytical/problem solving skills required. Basic personal computer skills Windows environment (Word, Excel) required.Keyboard skills (40 - 45 NWPM).
