Department: Large Header Job Title: Mold Setup Tech (3rd Shift - Monday Night 11:00 pm to Saturday 7:06 am) Brief Description of Job Duties: Set up molds in presses using standard operating procedures. Maintain proper and repeatable processes using quality standards provided. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: 1. Set tools in proper scheduled press using standard operating procedures. 2. Pull all essential paperwork (charts, planner, etc.) 3. Get process into a state of control using process sheet and submit to QC for acceptance. 4. Document the process and any changes on submission sheet. 5. Audit the parts according to the inspection planner. 6. Package parts properly using proper labeling requirements. 7. Document all press activity on the computer. 8. Pull tools at end of run. 9. File all paperwork in proper place. 10. Clean press of all parts, oil, and grease. 11. Do general housekeeping around the press and maintain safe work environment. 12. Follow all standard operating procedures. 13. Support team members through secondary duties. Required Education, Skills, Training or Other
Qualifications: High School diploma. Must be able to operate all presses and support equipment and train other operators in their use. Must have good communication skills. Must have good math skills. Must have good attendance. Effective inter-personal skills. Team Player. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
