## Requirements
NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree and at least one year experience in desktop support
Windows and/or Unix knowledge a plus
Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical end users
Required to exhibit exceptional planning and organization skills
Should be detail oriented, highly adaptable and able to work autonomously
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively and independently
Ability and desire to problem solve, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE DELIVERS ON THE NBC - NEEBO MISSION BY:
Providing desktop and software support to team members via telephone and email
Helping team members with questions pertaining to their IT systems including password resets, viruses, hardware, email, network, and software issues
Other duties as assigned
