In our competitive market, reliability and client satisfaction are extremely important. As a result, we depend on our developers to create applications that result in loyal and enthusiastic users. In addition, our developers participate on project teams that design, develop, and modify applications. As a small development team within a large company, developers contribute solutions to issues in all product areas. This position will overlap into a number of key areas throughout our product lines. The person who fills this role will create software using object-oriented programming with a test first approach resulting in a complete suite of unit tests for each application. The ideal candidate will possess experience in this approach and have the ability to continue learning new skills and techniques.

Providing progress updates to the team to ensure deadlines are met
Providing support to the testing team and users through problem resolution and bug fixes
