Dell is looking for Customer Service Representative Supervisor for our Lincoln, NE office to join our Staffing Services team as part of this new, exciting organization. The success of the candidate will directly affect the overall performance of the regional growth plan.
Role Responsibilities
Provides day-to-day direction to assigned customer service team.
Assigns tasks and verifies accuracy of work.
Communicates deadlines for completing assignments.
Builds trust; explains the rationale behind processes, approaches and decisions.
Motivates others and promotes collaboration.
Resolves issues elevated by team members.
Will spend a small portion of the time performing the work of the team.
Primary focus of job is directing, coaching and mentoring team members.
Has the authority to recommend and take action as to the hiring, firing, advancement, demotion or promotion of employees.
Adapts team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs.
Has direct leadership responsibility for 2 or more reports.
Responsible for career development/ planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Leads improvement initiatives.
Implements and ensures adherence to service delivery standards.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 0-2 years relevant experience.
6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Previous supervisory/leadership experience
Good knowledge of multi-line phone system
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
Ability to read, understand and follow written policies and procedures
Proficient in software programs including Windows and MS Office applications
Preferences
Experience in a customer service environment and call center environment a plus
Experience in the Healthcare Payer or Provider market industries a plus
