20 an hour 21 hours ago 21 hours ago 21 hours ago Examples of Work In this position, you will serve as a DHHS Program Manager I for the Service Coordination of HCBS waivers programs with focus on the Aged and Disabled Waiver and Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver.
As a DHHS Program Manager I, you will:
Establish and maintain productive, effective working relations with other department personnel.
Oversee provider agreements and budgets of case management providers.
Create and monitor monthly reporting of key performance indicators of the case management providers.
Serve on committees, lead work groups, and participant in collaborative efforts to improve HCBS waiver operations.
Support functions of operations needed to ensure timely implementation of business changes.
Draft instructions and provide input/feedback on policies and procedures, written guides, and other public or program information.
Provide technical assistance and training to internal staff, case management providers, and service providers for the single case management system.
Provide technical assistance to case management providers regarding best practices for service coordination and resource development work related to HCBS waivers.
Qualifications / Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, education, health sciences, public health, law or related field and experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluating program functions or supervising/management staff and budgets.
Related coursework, training and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for year basis.
PREFERRED:
Experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluating program functions or supervising/management staff and budgets.
OTHER:
Hybrid in-office and remote work schedule possible after successful completion of original probation - generally after the first six (6) months of employment.
