Join a skilled team responsible for personal computer configuration, installation, troubleshooting of dispersed desktops and laptops, including software application support, and LAN/WAN Network troubleshooting.
This position will be located in Lincoln at the Nebraska State Office Building and supporting agencies within the Lincoln Downtown Campus.

Apply to join our team today! Examples of Work Position will include but not limited to PC and laptop configuration along with hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows 10 and Microsoft computing environment.
Install personal computers/laptops at client work areas, troubleshooting and servicing printers.
Provide limited mobile device support.
Troubleshoot and maintain on a limited basis Local Area Networks.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the classification.
Qualifications / Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree in computer science and two years of related technical and business experience.
Two years of related technical and business experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
OR Post high school coursework in computer science and three years of related technical and business experience.
OTHER:
This position requires travel.
As such, the incumbent must be able to present a valid driver's license or another form of reliable transportation.
Regular and reliable attendance required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency in the use of general or specialized hand tools used to perform PC maintenance have a strong understanding of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
An understanding of basic wiring and troubleshooting Local Area Networks in the Ethernet environment required.
Excellent reliability, self-starter, works well individually and as a team in a limited supervisory environment, as well as customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
