With your intimate knowledge of US law and compliance requirements, you'll ensure we always abide by the law and avoid any trouble.
Decision-Making Authority and People Ops and Finance Ops Collaboration Maestro:
As a trusted leader, you'll wield decision-making authority on HR and administrative matters.
You'll play a pivotal part in a dynamic collaboration between People Ops and Finance Ops, bridging the gap and ensuring seamless coordination, while leveraging your ability to navigate overlapping duties and find synergies to streamline our operations.
You have:
A minimum of 2
years of experience in a Director or higher role in HR at a tech/SaaS company, demonstrating your leadership and strategic prowess in managing HR functions.
Previous experience working in an all-remote or mostly remote company, extra points if it's with a global employee base.
Great knowledge of US labor laws is a must, and ideally, you hold SHRM certifications to further enhance your expertise.
Proven success in enhancing recruitment processes to attract and hire exceptional talent.
Experience in setting up a comprehensive compensation strategy is highly desirable, although outsourcing expertise is acceptable.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
We need someone who can convey information, ideas, and policies with precision, whether through written documents, presentations, or interpersonal interactions.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
We want someone who can foster positive connections with employees, vendors, and stakeholders, and confidently negotiate contracts and agreements.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
You'll be juggling numerous responsibilities and tasks.
Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail will help you stay on top of deadlines, ensure accuracy, and maintain smooth operations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
