Marketing and Customer Service

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Event Marketing Specialist.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating marketing events, and assisting customers in claiming their accounts.
Experience in marketing and customer service is preferred but not necessary, as we value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Events:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and promotional materials.
Assist in setting up event booths, displays, and signage.
Engage with event attendees, promote our products/services, and generate leads.
Collect and analyze event feedback to improve future marketing efforts.
Guiding Customers through Account Claiming:
Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers navigating the account claiming process.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
Guide customers through the necessary steps to claim their accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the account claiming process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Exceptional Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers and addressing their needs effectively.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and guidance.
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and proactively suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software/tools.
