Lab Technician

We are looking for exceptional people to provide extraordinary care as a Lab Technician.
Hours:
Full time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks), Monday - Friday from 4:
30 am - 1:
00 pm, rotate coverage every third weekend.
Strictly adheres to lab standards to maximize safety and operational effectiveness.
Position performs a variety of laboratory testing, proficiency testing, and quality control assessment in accordance with established policies, procedures and state regulations.
Monitors lab equipment as directed.
Proficiency in blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques from patients.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an approved phlebotomy training course (or equivalent) preferred.
Experience as a phlebotomist/ lab technician or equivalent health care experience.
CPR/ BLS required at time of hire.
