Director of Human Resources
The Reserves Network has partnered with a growing family-owned manufacturer in central Nebraska to find their next Human Resources Director.
The role will lead the development and implementation of all policies for the HR function across the enterprise.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources At least 5 years of HR Leadership experience Preferred certifications:
PHR or SPHR WHAT WILL YOU DO? Stay current with Human Capital policies, programs, and best practices Identify and address key employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention drivers Support professional development and succession planning for the organization Facilitate change initiatives and implement effective communication strategies Support people managers in coaching, conflict resolution, and performance improvement Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations Coordinate and promote programs to improve company environmental, health and safety (EHS) Manage the Human Resources function effectively and efficiently WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?Gain access to The Reserves Network Team:
