Candidate will be need to develop reports using Power BI tool Must have BI industry experience preferably in Insurance Comfortable working with Client facing in Agile development environment At least 4 years of hands on experience in Power BI tool for development and maintenance of existing reports Deep understanding of BI Reports performance optimization performance testing Strong hands on experience with relational database and data modelling Soft skills Good collaboration skills and an effective team player Ability to communicate effectively and manage senior stakeholders Organized methodical thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks Aptitude interest and self motivation to continually learn new tools and techniques Technical Skills Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence with emphasis on business requirements analysis development testing implementation and maintenance of Financial Reports Experience in Power BI dashboards reports development enhancement of existing reports Experience in developing complex reports around data analysis and Financial reporting for Actuarial Design and develop complex report via Drill Through YTD QTD financial reports Display aptitude in unearthing and understanding various business units their analytical needs and how to translate those needs to tangible BI solutions Desired Experience of Snowflake DW Experience with cloud computing like AWS Experience in Data Modules Dashboard Visualization Gallery and Tableau Benefits include:
