benefits Qualifications BI Operations Support Developer will develop and support reports in Cognos 11 x and MS Power BI enabling end user reporting capabilities as well as advanced reporting development and maintenance Who are we looking for Must have BI industry experience preferably in Finance and Insurance At least 2 years of experience with Cognos BI ver 11 in development support At least 2 years of hands on experience in MS Power BI tool for development and maintenance of existing reports Trained or hands on skills in WebFocus tool is good to have Strong hands on experience with relational database and data modelling Deep understanding of BI Reports performance optimization performance testing Comfortable working with Client facing in Agile development environment Technical Skills Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence with emphasis on business requirements analysis development testing implementation and maintenance of Financial Reports Experience in Cognos Analytics 11 Data Modules Dashboard Visualization Gallery Experience in MS Power BI dashboards reports development enhancement of existing reports Experience in WebFocus is desired Experience of Snowflake DW is desired Experience designing and delivering projects packages and reports using Framework Manager and Report Studio Experience in developing complex reports around data analysis and Financial reporting for Actuarial Design and develop complex report via Drill Through YTD QTD financial reports Experience with development of metadata modeling using Cognos Framework Manager and Data Modules Good Knowledge with Cognos Administration Roles and security Display aptitude in unearthing and understanding various business units their analytical needs and how to translate those needs to tangible BI solutions Experience with cloud computing like AWS Soft skills Good collaboration skills and an effective team player Ability to communicate effectively and manage senior stakeholders Organized methodical thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks Aptitude interest and self motivation to continually learn new tools and techniques Disclaimer Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
