The Pediatric Connection has an excellent opportunity available for a detail oriented individual in our Operations Department. The Authorization and Billing Specialist is responsible for obtaining authorizations for new and existing orders for various insurance carriers. Additionally, this position will be responsible for securing payments from Medicaid, Medicaid HMOs and other third party insurance carriers.

Requirements
Candidates for this role must have previous medical or health insurance billing experience, authorizations experience, and the ability to read an EOB. Experience with DME billing, Fastrack and/or Zirmed is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
