Key Responsibilities Provide counsel to clients and advise them on day-to-day employment and labor matters; Negotiate and draft employment agreements, settlement agreements, noncompetition agreements and other legal agreements; Conduct audits and investigations of client employment and labor law practices; Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues; Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and administrative position statements; Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings, including hearings and trials; Willing and able to accept a critical role in litigation and administrative discovery; Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop legal strategies and case plans; Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas; Manage a caseload and meet deadlines for assigned tasks; and Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; Licensed to practice law in Nebraska; Seven (7) plus years of employment and labor counseling and litigation experience preferred; A strong desire to play an integral role in a growing dynamic area of the law that requires continued learning and growth; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to manage a caseload and work independently; Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff; and Experience with legal research tools and software Recommended Skills Administration Analytical Attention To Detail Auditing Communication Coordinating Apply to this job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
