The Associate Data Science Director assists the Global Medical and Scientific Affairs (GMSA) organization in discovering information hidden in data to make data driven strategic decisions for the organization.
This role requires a unique combination of skills to gain the trust of therapeutic area and regional colleagues, an innovative mindset to think through novel ways to help the organization make better decisions, and the ability to execute on the idea by gathering the necessary data and building the necessary statistical models.
