The Social Media Coordinator will support the CP website, digital, and ambassador growth and help execute the vision, product assortment, and achieve the revenue target goals set by the company.
The Social Media Coordinator will also develop and maintain relationships with influencers and ambassadors; collaborate on new products, coordinate approvals, and execute product launches.
The ideal candidate would have a passion for food and enjoy engaging with people.

The Social Media Coordinator will need to be willing to learn about the various products and use both the knowledge of the product and passion for food, to practice suggestive selling & drive sales.
Flexible hours and scheduling available.
Weekend availability will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail environment Experience working on e-commerce platform / Shopify a plus Ability to multi-task and work across functionally with many different personality types Extremely organized individual with keen attention to detail who is able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Stable work history Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in person and on the phone Able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate within a team environment Strong customer service skills Ability to gain knowledge of the products and customers within the food service and retail industries we serve Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible and open to change Strong computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and database management software Able to learn quickly, embrace responsibility and accept accountability Job Tasks/Responsibilities - Execute the e-commerce vision and strategy for our Certified Piedmontese Beef and Goodlife Proteins Brands - Support our marketing direction in achieving franchise revenue goals by revenue channel - Develop & maintain relationships with influencers and ambassadors; collaborate on new product ideas, coordinate approvals, and execute product launches - Arrange and distribute samples & collateral for promotion - Site maintenance, merchandising and optimization on the brand's websites - Assist in execution on collaborations that align with the brand's core audience & revenue goals - Maintain a rolling 12-month calendar for all upcoming marketing campaigns, product launches, and initiatives - Coordinate with Commerce Creative team on marketing promotional efforts and collateral needs - Immerse yourself in the brands; consume and follow content and apply those learnings to new revenue opportunities - Create & maintain individual brand product catalogs for use across DTC, wholesale, and promotional events - General ad hoc support ad needed - Customer Service Duties and Support - Occasional weekend & Holiday work during peak seasons Job Type:
