User acceptance testing processes
Installation, configuration and management of PAM environments
HCM, PAM and Thomson Reuters and vendor-specific groups to build and support the network
The creation of test plans for unit, system and performance testing
Documentation of detailed functional specifications and technical designs
Identifying alternatives for solutions at a system level
Designs, develops and maintains complex solutions
Understands several specialty component systems; expertise in process applications and integration technologies.
Solves complex process implementation problems
Assesses business process requirements and develops architecturally aligned solutions
Applies Key Process Indicators, service level agreements, metrics, and reporting to solutions
Works with users to define scope of projects and solutions, prior to development
Analyzes application problems and determines appropriate solutions
Develop integration to other vendor software products leveraged by organization using different integration technologies/ techniques.Ideal performance factors:
Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry
Effective time management and prioritization
Innovative and analytical critical thinkingPreferable Technical Competencies:
