Qualifications / Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Three years' experience as an attorney practicing law including preparing and trying cases, advising clients, and interpreting laws and/or administrative policies and a current License to practice law in the State of Nebraska.
PREFERRED: Experience practicing in complex areas of the law plus experience in Public Health and administrative law.
OTHER: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent legal research and communication skills. The attorney must have the ability to: analyze the application of relevant law to specific facts; recognize the impact of developing legislation and case law on the agency and its programs; interpret and communicate the legal effect of changes to regulations and interpret complex federal and state constitutional, statutory and regulatory law. The attorney must also be able to provide litigation support to the agency and to the Attorney General's Office in agency cases.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
