Summary
This job will be primarily responsible for assuring quality work by auditing the daily work, identifying training and system enhancement needs, developing employee training plans, managing the department''s phone coaching program, and working with IT to improve system performance for department applications.Job Information:
Reports to the Director of Member Benefit Services.
Job level is C114, non-exempt
Hours are 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F.
Purpose and Mission

1. Manage the audit program and audit the daily work and calls taken by the EBS staff.
2. Monitor accuracy and efficiency standards and measurements.
3. Manage the phone audit and coaching program and report results.
4. Identify training needs of EBS staff, develop training plans, and train them to ensure the unit's performance is in alignment with EBS & NRECA's goals.
5. Identify system improvements to help enhance the quality of the work and report results.
6. Coordinate with IT to improve system performance to simplify processing and enhance accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications
Skills & Requirements (Education, Skills, Training, & Certifications, etc.)
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, desired.
2. Accounting and billing experience.
3. Experience developing an audit program and auditing insurance processes, phone calls, and transactions.
4. At least 5-years of experience working in an insurance processing and call center environment.
5. Experience identifying process improvements and implementing them.
6. Good communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience.
7. Experience identifying appropriate internal controls and developing a plan to monitor them.
8. Proficient in time management and setting priorities.
